What problem is FUND Real Estate Token solving?
We offer the first Real Estate Token fully approved by the German Financial Market Authority (BaFin) that represent a portfolio of German Commercial Real Estate – which generates a planned annual yield of 4% plus returns from possible sales revenues.
What are your Revenue Streams?
The value of the FUND Real Estate Token represents the value of the real estate investment portfolio. A return on investment of 4 % p.a. (IRR) plus possible sales revenues are expected. Investors participate fully in the value appreciation of the real estate portfolio (full upside). 100 % of the nominal amount (1 EUR) of the token-based bonds will be repaid on 31 December 2033.
What is your Unique Selling Point (USP)?
With the regulatory approval we can sell the FUND Real Estate Token to both institutional and retail investors. Investors worldwide can access the German Real Estate market, they can choose to invest in Fiat or in cryptocurrencies. This gives access to a truly global investor base. Each token has a nominal value of EUR 1 at the time of issuance, which allows for very small investments. This makes the Real Estate investment accessible for everybody and fosters financial inclusion.
